How do I contact the ARTEMIS team?

When will I hear back from the ARTEMIS team if I emailed or left a voicemail?
We will respond back to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.
Am I eligible for your study?
To be eligible to participate in our study, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are age 18-55
- You are engaged in treatment with a healthcare provider
- You have a smartphone
I am interested in participating in the study, how do I get involved?
Follow the link on the website to determine your eligibility
- Eligibility survey: You will complete a survey to see if you are eligible to participate in this study. This survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.
If eligible, then:
- Initial survey: If you are eligible and consent to participate in the study, you will complete a survey. This survey takes about 1 hour to complete.
- Onboarding session: We will set up an app on your phone that will send you surveys throughout the week, and you will play several computer games that help us understand how you think and solve problems. This session is virtual and takes up to 2 hours.
- Daily surveys: You will have short surveys sent to your phone in the ARTEMIS app a few times a day that you will fill out.
- Weekly surveys and brief computer games: These surveys and computer games will be sent to your email once a week for the duration of the study.
- Completion: Your study participation will be completed after about 6 weeks.
How much will I be paid by taking part in this study?
You will be paid up to $260.
What happens if I get logged out of the app?
Check your email inbox for an email from ARTEMIS containing your app username. Log in using this username and the password you created.
What happens if I forget my password?
Please contact the study staff to reset your password.
How do I check my compliance with my daily surveys?
Go to the insights tab on the ARTEMIS app and it will show you your compliance rate.
What if I want to change the time of my morning survey?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the time you receive your morning survey after the onboarding appointment. It is open for 90 minutes after it is sent, so you can complete it at any time within that timeframe.
Can I pause the games?
Some of the games have built-in breaks, and you can also take a break between the games. We recommend that you use these breaks as needed. Outside of those breaks, you cannot pause the game.
What if the games don’t load?
- Try to reset the wifi on the device you are using to conduct the tasks.
- Make sure the browser you are using to conduct the tasks is fully up to date.
When will I be paid?
You will be paid two times in this study; the first time will be within two weeks of completing your onboarding appointment, then you will be paid for the last time within two weeks of completing the entire study.
How will I be paid?
We will send you a link to a gift card. You will have 90 days to download them to your account. They do not expire once they are downloaded.
Where can I use the gift card?
You can use the gift card for Amazon, Virtual Visa, DoorDash, Best Buy, Starbucks, Target, Uber Eats, Walmart, Grubhub, and Panera.
Can I split the money between multiple gift cards?
You will be paid two separate times during the study. At each payment period you can only pick one gift card vendor, but you can pick a different vendor for payment period one and payment period two.
